World of Stardom Championship Match – Tam Nakano (COSMIC ANGELS) vs. Natsuko Tora (Oedo Tai)
In the main event of “NAGOYA GOLDEN FIGHT 2023” we have the current World of Stardom champion Tam Nakano from Cosmic Angels defending her belt against Natsuko Tora from Oedo Tai, this will be Tam’s second title defense since winning the belt back in April.
Natsuko Tora got this title match by beating Tam Nakano on August 26 during their 5STAR GP match, before beating Tam Nakano, Natsuko Tora would go and beat Syuri on August 6, and Mayu Iwatani on August 20. Natsuko Tora did beating both Tam Nakano and Mayu Iwatani gives her two future title matches one that she is capitalizing on October 9th If Natsuko Tora beats Tam she might challenge Mayu for the IWGP Women’s title, and if Natsuko Tora beats both Tam Nakano and Mayu Iwatani she can be two belts Natsuko Tora. Before Natsuko Tora joined Oedo Tai, Tora was with Jungle Kyona and Kaori Yoneyama in team Jungle, on May 6, 2018, team Jungle would add in Leo Onozaki, Ruaka to make J.A.N. (Jungle Assault Nation). During Stardom’s second annual draft on April 14, 2019, the unit would disband after Jungle Kyona would lose an all faction leaders five-way match where the loser of the match must disband, after that match Kagetsu would draft Natsuko Tora to Oedo Tai.
Tam Nakano use to be in Oedo Tai, she joined Oedo Tai on September 10, 2017, and was kicked out on January 21, 2018, after she was the last person eliminated in a Queen’s Quest vs Oedo Tai gauntlet match. After Tam got kicked out of Oedo Tai, Tam would then join STARS. While Tam was in STARS, she would create a subunit in STARS named Cosmic Angels, On December 20, 2020, Cosmic Angels would leave STARS to be their own unit. Fast-forward to 2023 Tam would go on to win the World of Stardom championship off of Giulia on April 23, 2023. Since then Tam Nakano has had two successful title defenses, her first successful title defense was against Mina Shirakawa in a double title match for the World of Stardom championship and Wonder of Stardom Championship on May 27, 2023, Tam’s second successful title defense was against Megan Bayne on August 13, 2023.
This World of Stardom Championship Match between Tam Nakano and Natsuko Tora it’s a must win for both Tam Nakano and Natsuko Tora. Natsuko Tora needs to rectify the injury she got during her World of Stardom Championship Match against Utami Hayashishita on July 4, 2021. Tam just wants to keep her title and get her win back from Natsuko Tora. Who ever wins this match will have to defend the World of Stardom Title on November 18 against the winner of the 2023 5STAR Grand Prix Suzu Suzuki.

Wonder of Stardom Championship Match MIRAI (God’s Eye) vs. Momo Watanabe (Oedo Tai)
In this match, we have the current Wonder of Stardom Champion MIRAI from God’s Eye going against Momo Watanabe from Oedo Tai for Wonder of Stardom Championship, this will be MIRAI’s second title defense and Momo’s second match in 2023 for the Wonder of Stardom Championship.
Momo Watanabe Challenged MIRAI for the Wonder of Stardom Championship on September 10, 2023, Dream Tag Festival, Momo got this title match by beating MIRAI during the opening of the 5STAR Grand Prix on July 23.
Momo Watanabe use to be in Queen’s Quest, on November 20, 2016, Momo Watanabe would join Io Shirai and Hazuki, then on November 27, 2016, the trio named themselves Queen’s Quest, Momo Watanabe held the Wonder of Stardom Championship, she won it on May 23, 2018, against Io Shirai, Momo would go on to have 13 successful title defense. Momo would be in Queen’s Quest until 2021 when she turned on Queen’s Quest on December 18, 2021, in a captain’s fall match with Queen’s Quest vs. Oedo Tai to join Oedo Tai. After Momo joined Oedo Tai she would go on to win the Goddesses of Stardom Tag title with Starlight Kid on March 26, 2022, against Koguma & Hazuki, then Momo would go and win the Artist Of Stardom Championship with Starlight Kid and Saki Kashima on May 28, 2022, against Maika & Himeka & Natsupoi.
MIRAI won the Wonder of Stardom Championship on July 2, 2023, by beating Tam Nakano, MIRAI got the Wonder of Stardom title match by winning 2023 Stardom Cinderella Tournament on April 15, 2023, on May 27, 2023, MIRAI would Challenge Tam Nakano for the Wonder of Stardom Championship. MIRAI has only one successful title defense, it was against Konami on September 3, 2023. God’s Eye was formed on March 26, 2022, after Syuri had a successful title defense, then on April 3, 2022, during the 2022 Stardom Cinderella Tournament after Syuri defeated Ami Sourei MIRAI came out and told Syuri she wants to join God’s Eye. In 2023 MIRAI and Ami Sourei would go to win the Goddesses of Stardom Tag title on April 23, 2023, against Nanae Takahashi and Yuu.
This match between MIRAI and Momo Watanabe for the Wonder of Stardom Championship, is a must win for Momo Watanabe because she has not held a single’s title since May 16, 2019, when she lost her Wonder of Stardom Championship to Arisa Hoshiaki. MIRAI is looking to get her win back from Momo Watanabe from the 5STAR Grand Prix, and have her second successful title defense.

KAIRI & Mayu Iwatani (STARS) & Nanae Takahashi (7upp) vs. Hazuki & Koguma & Saya Iida “Classmates” (STARS)
This tag team match between KAIRI, Mayu Iwatani from STARS, Nanae Takahashi from 7upp going against the team of Hazuki & Koguma & Saya Iida known as Classmates from STARS is going to be an interesting one.
For KAIRI’s team, she has a lot of history with both Mayu Iwatani and Nanae Takahashi. The last time Mayu Iwatani and KAIRI teamed was March 26, 2022, against the team of Tam Nakano and Unagi Sayaka of Cosmic Angels. Nanae Takahashi last teamed with KAIRI on March 25, 2023, against the team of Tam Nakano & Waka Tsukiyama. Mayu Iwatani and KAIRI used to be a trios team, they were called Threedom with Io Shirai, the trio would win the Artist Of Stardom Championship on February 28, 2016, against the team of Hiroyo Matsumoto & Kelly Skater & Evie. When Nanae Takahashi and KAIRI were a team, they won the Goddesses of Stardom Tag title on August 10, 2014, against the team of Kyoko Kimura & Alpha Female.
This team of Classmates consist of Hazuki & Koguma & Saya Iida all from STARS. Classmates have been tagging with each other for a long time. Koguma would make her Stardom debut on November 4, 2013, Koguma would then go to win the High Speed title on February 22, 2015, against Io Shirai, not to long after Koguma would lose the belt to Star Fire on May 17, 2015, in her last match and would retire from professional wrestling, Koguma would return to Stardom after a six-year hiatus, she returned on the 10th Anniversary of Stardom on March 3, 2021, where Koguma would join STARS.
Hazuki would make her Stardom debut on July 6, 2014, against Koguma, on December 24, 2019, Hazuki would have her last match in Stardom and retire, Hazuki would come back to Stardom on August 29, 2021, on November 4, Hazuki would join STARS. Saya Iida debuted in Stardom on January 14, 2019, in 2020 Saya Iida would go on to win the Future Of Stardom Championship in a 3 way match against Saya Kamitani and Maika, on May 10 Saya Iida would have to vacate the Future Of Stardom Championship because of injuries, Iida would make her return on March 11, 2022, then in 2023 on September 29 on Stardom’s New Blood show in a 3 way tag match Iida and Hanan would win the New Blood tag titles. After Hazuki & Koguma came back to Stardom, they would go on to win the 2021 Goddesses of Stardom League then won the Goddesses of Stardom Tag titles on January 9, 2022, against the team of Syuri and Giulia.
Classmates are the ones who challenged KAIRI before she goes on her new voyage, KAIRI would accept their challenge for Nagoya on October 9. This will be KAIRI’s last match in Stardom, so her tagging with Mayu Iwatani and Nanae Takahashi and going against Hazuki & Koguma & Saya Iida of Classmates is a great way to go out before KAIRI’s new voyage.

Artist of Stardom Championship Match – Giulia, Mai Sakurai and Thekla “Baribari Bombers” (Donna del Mondo) vs. Maika (Donna del Mondo) and Suzu Suzuki and Megan Bayne
This Artist of Stardom Championship Match between the team of Donna del Mondo’s Giulia, Mai Sakurai and Thekla of Baribari Bombers going against the team of Maika from Donna del Mondo and Suzu Suzuki and Megan Bayne, is going to an interesting match, this will be Baribari Bombers second defense.
Baribari Bombers, consists of the current Artist of Stardom Champions Giulia, Mai Sakurai and Thekla from Donna del Mondo, they won the Artist of Stardom Championship on May 27, 2023, against the team of KAIRI and Natsupoi and Saori Anou REStart (Cosmic Angels). Giulia started her career in Ice Ribbon she debuted on October 29, 2017, in a tag team match, Giulia would team up with Takako Inoue against the team of Nao Date and Satsuki Totoro. Giulia would win the International Ribbon Tag Team Championship with Tequila Saya on July 15, 2019, against the team of Azure Revolution (Maya Yukihi & Risa Sera). Giulia would eventually sign with Stardom on October 14, 2019, on December 8, 2019, Giulia would make her in-ring debut in Stardom against Hazuki.
Since then, Giulia has won the Artist of Stardom Championship two times, the first one was on February 8, 2020, with Syuri and Maika they beat the team of Momo Watanabe & Utami Hayashishita & AZM (Queen’s Quest), the second one was on May 27, 2023, against the team of KAIRI & Natsupoi & Saori Anou Restart (Cosmic Angels), Giulia also won the Goddess of Stardom Championship with Syuri on April 4, 2021, against the team of MaiHime (Himeka and Maika), on July 26 after winning the 2020 Cinderella tournament, Giulia defeated Tam Nakano to win the vacant Wonder of Stardom Championship at Cinderella Summer in Tokyo. Giulia would win the World of Stardom Championship on December 29, 2022, against Syuri.
Mai Sakurai started her career in AWG (Actwres girl’Z) on February 11, 2020, against Miku Aono. On August 13, 2021, Mai Sakurai would make her in-ring debut in Stardom against Unagi Sayaka for the Future of Stardom Championship, Sakurai was unsuccessfully, after the match Mai Sakurai would join Cosmic Angels, she would leave Cosmic Angels on February 12, 2022, and joined Donna del Mondo the same day after a tag team match. On April 21, 2018, Thekla would start her career in the independent circuit, debuting at IPW Germany Eishaus Explosion 2 against Kat Siren. Thekla would then move to Japan and started working for Ice Ribbon, she would make her in-ring debut in Ice Ribbon on July 27, 2019, in a tag team match Thekla would team up with Hamuko Hoshi and Suzu Suzuki against the team of Asahi and Matsuya Uno and Tsukasa Fujimoto. On January 3, 2022. On May 3, 2021, Thekla would win the Triangle Ribbon Championship in a 3-way match against Ibuki Hoshi and Matsuya Uno. Thekla would make her in-ring debut in Stardom to join Donna del Mondo in a tag team match she teamed up with Giulia and MIRAI against the team of Mai Sakurai, Tam Nakano & Unagi Sayaka (Cosmic Angels). Thekla would win the SWA World Championship on January 29, 2022, she defeated Mina Shirakawa to win the vacant SWA World championship.
The Challengers for the Artist of Stardom Championship consists of Maika from Donna del Mondo and Suzu Suzuki and Megan Bayne this tag team has been teaming with each other for a while now in Stardom. Megan Bayne started her career in OVW (Ohio Valley Wrestling) on November 8, 2017, in a 3-way match against Jessie Belle Smothers and Maria James. On June 1, 2019, Megan Bayne would win the OVW Women’s Championship in a 3-way match against Cali Young and Madi Maxx. On July 23, 2023, Megan Bayne would make her debut in Stardom by attacking Tam Nakano then Challenging Tam for the World of Stardom championship on August 13, 2023. Maika started her career on May 7, 2019, at TAKA and Taichi Produce TAKATaichiMania II against Mima Shimoda. On January 14, 2020, after Maika lost her Future of Stardom Championship match against the champion Utami Hayashishita, Giulia would come out and to recruit Maika for her new unit, then on January 19, 2020, Syuri would join them after their tag match Giulia would name the faction Donna del Mondo. Maika would win the Artist of Stardom Championship two times, the first time was with Syuri and Giulia on February 8, 2020, they beat the team of Momo Watanabe & Utami Hayashishita & AZM (Queen’s Quest), the second one was with Himeka and Natsupoi (MaiHimePoi) on October 3, 2021, against the team of Mina Shirakawa and Tam Nakano and Unagi Sayaka (STARS/Cosmic Angels), Maika would win Future of Stardom Championship on July 17, 2020, in a 3-way match for the vacant title her opponents were Saya Iida and Saya Kamitani, Maika also won the Goddess of Stardom Championship with Himeka on February 14, 2021, against the team of Konami & Bea Priestley.
Suzu Suzuki started her career in Ice Ribbon on December 31, 2018, against Asahi. On August 9, 2020, Suzu Suzuki would win the ICE Cross Infinity Championship by defeating Maya Yukihi to win the title, Suzuki would go to Pro Wrestling Wave and win the Wave Single Championship on July 17, 2022, Suzuki defeated Miyuki Takase to win the vacant title. Suzuki made her first appearance in Stardom on January 29, 2023, where Prominence picked a fight with Donna Del Mondo. Suzu Suzuki would then make her in-ring debut in Stardom on March 26, in a tag team match, it was Prominence (Suzu Suzuki and Risa Sera) vs Donna Del Mondo (Maika and Thekla). On December 29, 2022, Suzu Suzuki would win the Artist of Stardom Championship with Prominence (Risa Sera & Kurumi Hiiragi) Prominence defeated the team of Oedo Tai (Momo Watanabe and Saki Kashima and Starlight Kid).
This match is significant enough because of the ongoing teasing and friction between Maika, Suzu Suzuki and Giulia. With Maika losing in the finals of the 2023 5STAR Grand Prix to Suzu Suzuki could they work together like they have been over the spring and summer. Will There be any animosity from what happened at the Dream Tag Festival between Giulia, Maika, and Suzu for their time limit draw. Will we start to see cracks in Donna Del Mondo? All these questions and more will be found out at the big show in Nagoya.

High Speed Championship Match – Saki Kashima (God’s Eye) vs. Mei Seira
In this match for the High Speed Championship, we have Saki Kashima defending her High Speed title against Mei Seira, this will be Saki Kashima’s fourth title defense.
The Challenger Mei Seira got this match title by pinning Saki Kashima on June 17, 2023, in the High Speed Rumble match. When Mei Seira started her career, she went under the name Mei Hoshizuki in Marvelous on November 18, 2018. Mei Seira would win the Sendai Girls Junior Championship on November 22, 2020, by defeating Manami. On August 31, 2021, Seira would leave Marvelous, following this, she would go on a hiatus. On April 3, 2023, at Stardom’s press conference for the All Star Grand Queendom show, Seira announced that she will return to wrestling and that she will go by Mei Seira from now on.
The High Speed Champion Saki Kashima started her career in Stardom on June 12, 2011, Kashima went up against Natsuki Taiyo. Saki Kashima was in STARS, she left STARS on January 3, 2020, when she turned on Mayu to join Oedo Tai. Saki Kashima has won the High Speed title on May 27, 2023, in a 3-way match against AZM and Fukigen Death, Kashima has won the Artist of Stardom Championship five times in her career she was the inaugural Artist of Stardom Championship on January 14, 2013, with Kawasaki Katsushika Saikyou Densetsu (Act Yasukawa and Natsuki☆Taiyo), the second time she won it was on September 30, 2018, with Mayu Iwatani and Tam Nakano, Kashima’s third one would be on June 23, 2019, with Mayu Iwatani and Tam Nakano, number four was on November 14, 2020, with Natsuko Tora and Bea Priestley, and finally number five would be on May 28, 2022, with Starlight Kid & Momo Watanabe, Saki Kashima also won the Goddesses Of Stardom Championship with Mayu Iwatani on June 3, 2018.
This match should be fun, Saki Kashima has been dodging Mei Seira for months now about a title shot. This is Mei Seira the biggest singles match thus far in her run in STARDOM. With a veteran like Saki Kashima and Kashima’s hijinks this match is sure to be fun.

This will be Stardom’s third UWF rules match, we have Syuri from God’s Eye and Mina Shirakawa from Club Venus, Syuri is 2-0 in a UWF rules match.
Mina Shirakawa begin her career in BBJ (Best Body Japan Pro-Wrestling) on August 5, 2018, Mina teamed up with Shoko Nakajima they went up against the team of Reika Saiki and Hoshimi Muramatsu. On October 3, 2020, Mina Shirakawa would make her in-ring debut in Stardom against Hanan. Mina Shirakawa, Tam Nakano and Unagi Sayaka would form Cosmic Angels on December 16, 2020, they would go on to win the Artist of Stardom Championship on December 16, 2020, they defeated the team of Natsuko Tora & Bea Priestley & Saki Kashima, Mina has won the Future of Stardom Championship on July 4, 2021, by defeating Unagi Sayaka in a 7-woman tournament for the vacant Future of Stardom Championship, on April 23, 2023, Mina Shirakawa won the Wonder of Stardom Championship off of Saya Kamitani, on June 25, 2023, Rose Gold (Mina Shirakawa and Mariah May) would win the Goddess of Stardom Championship Rose Gold defeating the team of The New Eras (Ami Sourei and Mirai).
Syuri begin her career for Hustle, where she teamed up with HG (Masaki Sumitani) & RG (Makoto Izubuchi) to defeat the team of Big C, Onigumo & Piranha Monster. Syuri would make her in-ring debut for Stardom on April 14, 2013, in a Gauntlet match, Syuri would leave Stardom for a bit. On January 19, 2020, Syuri would make her return to Stardom to join Donna Del Mondo for her return match she was in a tag match Syuri teamed up Giulia and Maika (Donna Del Mondo) against the team of Tokyo Cyber Squad (Death Yama-san, Hana Kimura & Leyla Hirsch). On March 26, 2022, in Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan, Syuri would form God’s Eye. Syuri has won the Artist of Stardom Championship with Giulia and Maika on February 8, 2020, they took the belts off of Momo Watanabe & Utami Hayashishita & AZM of Queen’s Quest, Syuri has won the SWA World Championship on November 15, 2020, against Bea Priestley, and the World of Stardom Championship on December 29, 2021, beating Utami Hayashishita.
Mina Shirakawa had requested this match after MIRAI’s Wonder of Stardom championship match defense on September 3 at 5STAR Special in Hiroshima. Mina is not taking this lightly and has been training non-stop in Mixed Martial Arts for a month straight to prepare for this match. Syuri with a known MMA background of her own having dabbled in the UFC one would think Mina Shirakawa does not stand a chance, but Mina in the past has always proved naysayers wrong and rose to the occasion. This should be a stiff hard hitting match.

In this 6-way battle, we have the future of Stardom fighting it out. Lady C from Queen’s Quest vs Miyu Amasaki from Queen’s Quest vs Ami Sourei from God’s Eye vs Hanan from STARS vs Ruaka from Oedo Tai vs Yuna Mizumori from COSMIC ANGELS.
Lady C made her debut in Stardom on November 14, 2020, she went against Saya Iida, Lady C would then join Queen’s Quest on January 3, 2022. Miyu Amasaki debuted in Stardom on March 11, 2022, Miyu Amasaki would join Queen’s Quest on March 11, 2022. Ami Sourei begin her career in AWG (Actwres girl’Z) on August 14, 2020, on March 26, 2022, Ami Sourei would make her Stardom debut and formed God’s Eye with Syuri, Sourei has won the Future of Stardom Championship on October 19, 2022, against Hanan, and the Goddess of Stardom Championship with MIRAI on April 23, 2023, against the team of 7Upp (Nanae Takahashi and Yuu).
Hanan started in Stardom, she debuted on April 9, 2017, Hanan has won Future of Stardom Championship on December 29, 2021, against Ruaka, and the New Blood Tag Team Championship on September 28, 2023, in a 3-way tag team match against the team of Unique Glare (Karma and Starlight Kid) and 02line (AZM and Miyu Amasaki). Ruaka debuted in Stardom on November 20, 2016, Ruaka has won the Future of Stardom Championship on October 9, 2021, against Unagi Sayaka. Yuna Mizumori begin her career in Gatoh Move Pro Wrestling on October 31 in a Halloween Costume Battle Royal, Yuna Mizumori joined COSMIC ANGELS on September 29, 2023.
Who ever wins this match is sure going to have a big momentum swing to close out the year with three months left. Be on the lookout for who wins because that winner will possibly get more in the future sooner than later maybe even be in title contention.

AZM (Queen’s Quest) vs Saori Anou (COSMIC ANGELS)
This is a rematch from this year’s 5★STAR Grand Prix that happened on August 6, we have AZM from Queen’s Quest vs Saori Anou from COSMIC ANGELS.
AZM debuted in Stardom on October 6, 2013, against Natsumi Mizushima, AZM went under the name Azumi, AZM was eleven years old when she debuted. In February 2016, AZM formed a new stable called Azumi’s Army, it was led by AZM and Kaori Yoneyama. On February 11, 2017, AZM would come out and ask Io Shirai if she can join Queen’s Quest, and Shirai would accept, after this Azumi would adopt the name AZM as her ring name. On April 15, 2017, AZM would win her first title in Stardom, it was the Artist of Stardom Championship with HZK (Hazuki) and Io Shirai they defeated the team of Oedo Tai (Hana Kimura, La Rosa Negra and Kagetsu). On June 4, 2017, AZM would win the Artist of Stardom Championship for a second time with HZK (Hazuki) and Io Shirai they defeated the team of Hiromi Mimura, Kairi Hojo and Konami, AZM would win the Artist of Stardom Championship for a third time at Goddess Of Stars 2019 AZM teamed up with Momo Watanabe and Utami Hayashishita, on July 26, 2020, AZM would win the High Speed title in 3-way match AZM would defeat Riho and Starlight Kid, At Stardom Cinderella Journey on February 23, 2022, AZM would win the High Speed title for a second time AZM defeating Starlight Kid.
On May 31, 2015, Saori Anou would make her debut at the inaugural Actwres girl’Z show, AgZ Prologue. On November 15, 2018, Anou would win the finals of the AgZ Title Tournament to become the AgZ Champion/AWG Single Champion. Saori Anou did step into Stardom for a brief period of time, Anou would make her return to Stardom on April 2, 2023, to join KAIRI and Natsupoi to take on Prominence at Stardom’s All Star Grand Queendom for the Artist of Stardom Championship, before that show Anou would join Cosmic Angels on April 15, 2023. On April 23, 2023, Anou and KAIRI and Natsupoi would go to beat Prominence for the Artist of Stardom Championship, then on August 13, 2023, Anou and Natsupoi would defeat Rose Gold to win the Goddesses of Stardom Championship.
AZM beat Anou in their 5STAR Gran Prix match in what was a fun watch mixed with high speed action and great pro wrestling. Saori looks to get revenge for the loss and with a bigger stage for the two for this match they might blow their 5STAR match out the water. This should be an awesome match.
